360 Riding

360 Riding road is a multi-use development with a twist. The design resolution explores the possibility of a hybrid development on a residentially zoned site. The site is situated on an important intersection as one enters the suburb of Bulimba.

One of the key form giving factors that contributed to the design was the triangular shape of the site. With two roads converging on the northern threshold of the site public interface is ordered to allow full activation of existing pedestrian crossovers.
