The Simbithi office park renovation was a hands-on project with many on-site challenges that were met with pioneering problem-solving and inventive detailing. The slick office space opens up to the lush greenery of the Simbithi Estate maximising the 100sqm office footprint. A structural column in the middle of the space became a pivotal point around which layers of space were designed.
